KEAM entrance test

KEAM exam is led by CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination) to provide admissions to students in engineering courses offered by offered by various schools and colleges of the Kerala state.

After the exam, qualified students will participate in document verification and seat allotment processes.

Final Admission will be followed after completing all such processes.

Admission to Engineering Courses Shall be directed on the premise of Merit Score as evaluated by giving equivalent weight of 50:50 to the marks acquired in the Entrance Examination for Engineering (Paper I and Paper II set up together), and the marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry taken together in the last year of the qualifying examination, after effecting the standardization procedure.

Admission Procedure for Architecture Medical and Other Courses

For admissions to the Architecture Course Merit as assessed by giving equal weightage to the marks obtained in the ‘National Aptitude Test in Architecture’ [NATA], conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA), and the marks in the 10+2 will be the criteria.

Admission to Medical courses, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary and Fisheries courses are regulated on the basis of merit as assessed in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG 2017) conducted by the CBSE.

Why is KEAM Admit Card so Important??

Candidates in order to fill the application form have to visit the official website. Admit cards will be available online only to students whose application form has been accepted. Also, no KEAM Admit Card will be sent by post or through any offline mode.

KEAM Admit card is also called the KEAM Exam Hall Ticket, as no student will be allowed to enter the entrance exam hall without it. Word of caution for candidates is to carry colored admit card to the exam hall.

How to Download KEAM Admit Card?

  • Visit the official link
  • Login your account.
  • You will be asked to enter the following details Application Number and Password.
  • After filling the details, submit it.
  • The KEAM hall ticket will appear on the screen.
  • Now, print the admit card.
  • Candidates are suggested to take some extra printouts of the admit card and keep it safe for further use.

Important Instructions For Exam Hall?

  • Candidates ought to bring Admit card, ballpoint pen (either blue or dark ink) and a card board/cut board for the Examination.
  • Candidates won’t be allowed to take things, for example, pencil, eraser, amendment liquid, number cruncher, logarithm table, electronic devices, cell phones and so forth into the examination corridor.
  • Candidate ought to be available at the examination center, 30 minutes before the recommended time for the initiation of the examination.
  • No applicant will be allowed to enter the examination hall, 30 minutes after the initiation of the examination.
  • Candidates will be allowed to leave the examination lobby simply after finishing of the examination.
